Healing through frequency

How does it work ?

Sound therapy is a bit like a massage, but for the mind and cells, using only sound and vibrations.

Imagine yourself  lying down with your eyes closed while someone uses instruments whose sound waves “pass through” your body to induce a state of deep relaxation.

The principle is based on physics: our body is composed of approximately 70% water. Since water conducts vibrations perfectly, sound waves travel through your muscles, organs, and down to your cells. This is what we call sound massage.

The instruments used

We don’t use drums or electric guitars! We use instruments rich in “harmonics”:

• Tibetan singing bowls (often made of metal alloys).

• Crystal bowls (for very pure and high-pitched sounds).

• Gongs (for total and powerful immersion).

• Therapeutic tuning forks (placed directly on acupuncture points).

• The voice (harmonic singing).

Desired benifits

People use it for several reasons:

• Significant reduction in stress and anxiety.

• Improved sleep.

• Mental release  (it helps calm the incessant flow of thoughts).

• Relief from certain physical tensions or energy blockages.

Is it " scientific" ?

It’s a complementary discipline. We know that certain frequencies slow down our brain waves, taking us from a state of alertness (Beta waves) to a state of deep relaxation or meditation (Alpha or Theta waves). It’s not magic, but it also doesn’t replace medical treatment for serious illnesses.

Important note

Sound therapy is generally not recommended for people with pacemakers, pregnant women (due to abdominal pressure), or people suffering from auditory epilepsy.
